Who we are
OakRoutes ("OakRoutes," "we," "us") helps local trades and home-service businesses follow up with their leads. This policy explains what we collect on oakroutes.com, by phone, by text and by email, and what we do with it. It covers visitors, people who contact us, and people who ask to hear from us. If you are a paying client, our Client Terms also apply to your account.
What we collect
- What you give us: name, business name, email, phone number, town, and what you tell us about your business when you use our forms or calculator, call or text us, or book a call.
- Your calculator entries: the numbers you type (average job size, margin, missed jobs). We use them to show your result and to follow up.
- Texting records: your mobile number, the messages we exchange, the date, time and source of your consent, and delivery status.
- Call records: the number you called from, plus the time and length of the call. If we ever record a call, we tell you at the start.
- Basic site data: browser type, device, pages viewed and IP address, collected by our website host and our forms provider.
How we use it
To answer your request, follow up, schedule calls, show your results, send what you asked for, keep records of consent, improve our service, prevent spam and fraud, and meet legal and carrier requirements.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to get texts (for example by checking the text box on our forms or by texting us the keyword GROW), we use your number to send messages about your request and about OakRoutes services. Message frequency varies, up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. Reply HELP for help.
Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share your number only with the service providers that help us deliver messages (our texting platform, HighLevel/LeadConnector, and wireless carriers). They may use it only to provide those services.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with: the vendors that run our service (HighLevel/LeadConnector for forms, texting, calling and email; our email and file-storage providers; our website host, Cloudflare); professional advisors under confidentiality; and anyone the law requires us to. If our business changes hands, the information goes to the new owner, who must follow this policy.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on oakroutes.com. Our forms provider and host may set cookies needed for forms to work and for security.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax and carrier record rules. Consent records are kept up to 7 years. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, except records we must keep.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP. Email: use the unsubscribe link. Calls: tell us to stop and we will.
- To see, correct, export or delete your information, email [email protected] or call (984) 983-4223. We aim to reply within 30 days.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, such as two-factor login where offered, limited access and encrypted connections. No system is perfect. If a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
Children
OakRoutes is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
