How we track which jobs are ours
How do you know a job came from you?
Every lead we bring comes in through your tracked phone number, your website form, your Google profile, or our ads. Each one is marked with where it came from the moment it arrives.
What about customers I already have?
We list them before we start. They don't count, unless they find you again through our ads or number.
How do payments get counted?
You send quotes and invoices by text, and customers pay right from their phone. The money goes straight to you. We never touch your customers' money.
How do you get paid?
By automatic bank draft from your business account, on a set schedule. Each draft comes with a statement showing which jobs and payments it covers. If something looks off, tell us and we fix it on the next draft.
Is there a monthly minimum?
Yes, a small one. Each month you pay whichever is more: the minimum or the 10%. Not both.
What if a customer pays cash or check?
That's fine. Just mark it paid. Once a month we look over the list together so nothing is missed on either side.
Do I see everything you see?
Yes. You get the same list of leads, jobs and payments we do, plus a plain monthly report.
What if I want to stop?
At 90 days we sit down together, and either side can stop right then. After that, give 30 days' written notice. We still earn on leads we already sent you, including jobs already underway, for a set time after, and we hand you your contact list.
Do I have to sign something?
Yes, a short plain-English agreement, so we both know how jobs are counted and when the 10% is paid. Have your attorney look it over.
